Cindy graduated with a Masters of Science degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1997. She has traveled with her husband, Karl, with the Air Force until he retired in 2019 and settled in Duluth, MN. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since 2003 and began taking Fascial Counterstrain Manual Therapy Courses in 2011 when it initially became available and has advanced through this cutting edge curriculum since that time. She is very passionate about this gentle technique and the results she sees in her patients as their pain and restrictions are reduced or alleviated and they are able to get back to enjoying an active lifestyle.
